I charge $60 per 55 minute session.
If you are a parent and you would like services for your child, I would like to meet with you for the first appointment. We will complete paperwork and you will have a chance to speak freely from your perspective about what is happening for your child. If you have custody paperwork pertaining to your child, I will need that in advance. State of Ohio instituted a new law in August 2018, that therapist must review custody paperwork, before seeing a family/child. I do not have experience in custody cases and so a referral may be made if contacted.
In order to make paying for therapy more convenient, I accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, as well as cash and checks.
I am currently not on insurance panels, however, I am considered an out-of-network provider. I will be happy to provide you with a receipt which you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. It would be your responsibility to find out from your insurance company or HSA plan if you have to meet a deductible first and their reimbursement rate.
If you are in need of services, but cannot afford a counseling session, I do have a scholarship program that can support a crisis intervention session. When you call to set up an appointment, we can discuss this further.
